Interior Minister Abdolreza Rahmani Fazli on Sunday conferred with Omani Minister of the Interior Hamoud bin Faisal al-Busaidi on bilateral and regional issues.

In the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to boost trade and economic ties and promote security and disciplinary affairs.

Al-Busaidi already met with Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Sunday morning.

He is to consult and exchange views on bilateral issues as well as regional issues with Iranian officials.
According to Iran’s Embassy in Muscat, Iranian trade and commerce with Oman stood at more than 500 million dollars including dlrs 116.7 million Iran’s export to Oman and dlrs 446.2 million Omani export to Iran.
