Sudan’s government condemned vindictive statements recently made by Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, according to SPA.
The African state labeled the Iranian top cleric’s statements as inciting and hostile.
Sudanese Foreign Ministry issued a statement last night expressing deep appreciation for the great services provided by the of the Kingdom under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz for both Islam and Muslims, in particular the pilgrims and Umrah visitors throughout history .
In the statement the FM condemned the Iranian leader’s stances stressing that this matter is inconsistent with the principle of respect for the sovereignty of nations, and the consensus of the Islamic nation that the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the only competent and has the absolute right to organize and administer Hajj affairs and serve the pilgrims and ensure their comfort.
