Iran stalling probe into attacks on Saudi diplomatic missions

Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Salahuddin Mizwar strongly condemned the attack on the Saudi embassy in Tehran and consulate in Mashhad, adding that it contravenes diplomatic rules and practices.

In a press statement today, the Moroccan minister called on Iran to adhere to international obligations regarding the protection of diplomatic missions. He also voiced unwavering support to Saudi Arabia, reiterating a call by the Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Ministry yesterday to avoid any escalation in a very tense regional context.

Mauritania denounces hostile practices

Mauritania condemned today the riots that targeted Diplomatic missions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Iran.
According to the Mauritanian Foreign Ministry, Mauritania denounces riots that targeted the Saudi diplomatic missions in Iran, stressing the need to respect the sovereignty and stopping intervention of the internal affairs of other states.
